What is Soccer Resilience?


Soccer Resilience is a sports mindset agency on a mission to train the most underutilized, competitive edge in sports, the MIND, transforming the mindset and elevating the well-being of athletes, coaches and parents. With a management team of World Cup Champion Jessica McDonald, MLS Cup Champion Wells Thompson, 20 year psychologist Dr. Brad Miller, and 18 year NCAA Division I Head Coach Matt Spear, Soccer Resilience inspires people and advises coaches and clubs on how to increase their players’ self-awareness, drive confidence, conquer setbacks, and enhance performance.

How can I get involved?


Soccer Resilience offers a variety of resources for players, coaches, staff members, and parents. In June 2021, Soccer Resilience introduced Soccer Resilience FC, a comprehensive online tool to help improve performance and build positive mental training habits. This new mental training platform provides exclusive online programming and support for players of all ages and levels, as well as for coaches and parents.

Our partnership


As the Official Sports Mindset Advisor of the USL W League, Soccer Resilience offers dedicated training sessions for all USL W clubs and provides educational materials and resources for W League players, coaches, and club personnel. USL’s partnership with Soccer Resilience reinforces the League’s commitment to holistic player development.
